NYSC Director-General Congratulates 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream I Corps Members at Passing-Out.
The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General OO Nafiu, has congratulated the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream I Corps Members on the successful completion of their one-year national service.
In a goodwill message released to mark the Passing-Out, the Director-General, speaking on behalf of a grateful nation and the NYSC Scheme, commended the Corps Members for their resilience, patriotism, discipline, and dedication throughout the service year. He noted that their contributions during the period made meaningful impacts in various communities across the country.
He emphasized that the passing-out ceremony provides an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the Corps Members and appreciate their commitment to national development. According to him, their service has strengthened unity and fostered growth in the areas where they served.
Brigadier General Nafiu urged the outgoing Corps Members to uphold the values they acquired during their service year as they transition into the next phase of life. He also encouraged them to remain committed to personal development and continue contributing to nation-building.
The NYSC Director-General further expressed confidence in their future, wishing them success in all their endeavours. He reminded them that although they are leaving active service, they will always remain part of the NYSC family.
He concluded with the Scheme’s enduring slogan, reaffirming the spirit of national unity: “Nigeria is ours; Nigeria we serve.”
